Spots on boobs

I have been getting little tiny spots in my cleavage. I do get heat rash so I’m thinking it might be that considering he hot it’s been recently but has anyone else had this. I’m nearly 9 weeks post op

I’ve woken up with it today at 11 days po no advice but wondering if it’s because I got too hot in the night! Xxx

I’ve heard this happens a lot but don’t know why xx

I have had tiny spots flare up whenever I use bio oil so guessing it’s the greasiness for me. Not using it anymore only on scars xx

i have the same! ive been told its because we are constantly wearing material over them and they get sweaty and hot a little more than usual? try drying them fully after a shower and letting them breathe for a little while before putting bra back on? x
