spray tan 2 weeks post op?

I am desperate for a tan haha .. I am going for a meal on Saturday and I am looking like casper the friendly ghost !! I was just thinking about wearing my sports bra and taking the straps down and just spray round my boobs so they it doesn’t go near my incisions ? Do you know if I am allowed ? 🙂 xx

Haha I’m in exactly the same position! 2 weeks post op today and at a wedding on Saturday! Someone suggested masking tape over the incisions to Mr but I am not so sure haha xxx

You need to be careful in case you sweat and it runs into your incisions (not that you would sweat excessively!!) 🙂 xx

instead of masking tape tho what about surgical tape ?

i would buy some very large dressings/plasters that can stay over the incisions! I fake tanned about 3 weeks post op but just stayed very clear of the scars x

I remember this feeling!! I had mine done a year ago and as soon as I could shower I had a spray tan!! I just went to superdrug and bought some large dressing plasters to put over the stitches then used surgical tape round the edges to make them super water proof so nothing could run into the incisions!!

That’s what I meant surgical tape not masking tape hahaha! Xxx

Haha so it’s not just me then ! It’s driving me crazy I hate been pale it makes me look poorly and makes me feel sorry for myself more ha .. I’ll give that a go then with the big dressings and just avoid those areas as well another bloody think is finding something nice to wear that covers the attractive sports bras plus non of my tiny size 6 tops fit anymore so shopping tomorrow 🙂 xx

I can’t imagine 1 might without a bra at 5 weeks post op will be a problem Hun.. I had my spray tan and very thing is fine apart from how dry my skin is for some reason I never have dry skin but my arms have started flaking and my tan is hideous now lol I havnt been moisturing or anything since my op so that’s probably why xx
