Stabbing pain in boob :( waaa! Normal?

I have a stabbing pain in my left boob! It’s really giving me ag. On came on this afternoon at work and I still have it! Is this normal? Xxx

I’ve read about this before and I think it’s all to do with the nerve working so I wouldn’t worry to much I’ve had shooting pains and they went as quick as they came xx
