Stabbing pain in incision'

Hi I’m healing really well apart from a tiny area where the 2 edges of my incisions don’t meet perfectly, almost overlapping. I’ve got stabbing pain in that area. I’m still taking antibiotics so hoping no infection. I’ll try n put up a pic later.

Anyone had this?

Will it heal normally?
