Started wearing my support bra… Eeeek!!

I managed to put on my support bra this afternoon, op was yesterday and since I’ve put it on my boobs have felt soooo swollen and sore! I’m taking painkillers every 4 hours but pain has got worse :s nt sure if the bra is too small? I’ve gone for exactly what the nurse recommended :s xx
