There always looks like a shadow under one!
I’m hoping that it’s because my scar on that side is really lump where as my other side feels much better..
I’m really starting to panic know – I am the type of person nothing ever goes right for!! ????

To me it just looks like it has a but more dropping to do as your incision isnt right in the crease yet.

I see what you mean but I think it might be because of the internal scar tissue. Can you feel firm tissue around that area on your breast in question? If in doubt then send these pictures to your nurse, she can always book you an appointment or forward them to the surgeon.

    Hun,
I’m not a health specialist or anything but I think you should take your concern up with someone at Mya to put you at ease

I totally agree with Imogen from what I can see the lump is on around ur incision where you have stitching that is internal and still healing. I’m 9wks post op and the lumpiness has only just finally left both boobs.

It’s perfectly normal for this as its knitting and healing together. Similar to how when you get a cut and it scabs the skin around it can be sore/raised/red.

Dubble bubble is when u can visibly see the implant resting under ur natural boob. I really think ur panicking and if it’s a serious concerns you should email an image to ur nurse and request an appointment asap.

    Hope that helps! Fx

Hi Hun, thanks. I’m just concerned it may be the start. I have wiated so long for this and have been so excited with them changing it just shook me to hell and back when I noticed this morning and then when I showered when I got home. I’m really hoping it’s just because the scar is lumpy and the inside scar tissue is pushing It out. My nurse didn’t say anything looked odd last Wednesday. I really have my fingers crossed xxx

Ur welcome hun I will keep my fingers crossed for you as I know how scary it can feel when u think something isn’t going right when ur healing. Keep documenting ur journey and don’t hesitate to call the emergency line even if it’s just for a reassuring chat! That way you know you have done everything you possibly could have done. In a matter of weeks u will have dropped and fluffed and able to get measured you have so much to look forward to and time will fly by. I think first 2-3 weeks are the hardest because it’s all so alien!

I had a random bruise come up on one breast down the side and on my side plus my arm leg on the same side I had a suspected blood clot as tht whole side was in pain. I didn’t have bruising anywhere else.

I called the emergency line and thr nurse gave me her email and requested I send some pics through. She called me back immediately and it was nearly 11pm she reassured me but also sent the images to my surgeon.

I had an appointment for my two week check up with the nurse the following day but was in so much pain that’s why I called plus the bruise came out of nowhere. My surgeon was so concerned she also met with me after I saw the nurse the following day and gave me some medication and extra hospital socks plus ordered me not to do a thing and stay at home for a week 🙁

The aftercare I’ve had has been amazing and I really recommend calling the emergency line as they’re so helpful!

Please keep us updated with your progress too fxx
