Ladies when did you take your steri strips off? I’m 10 days post op and decided to get hubby to take them off today but he’s not really happy with the state of my incision marks! My left is fine but my right is a bit rough with some lumps and a bit of dried blood? Have I taken them off far too early? He’s worried me now? xx
Hey lovely, did you go see the nurse at 7 days for your post op check? I’d pop em back on just incase hun for piece of mind, I missed mine when they came off as I had to have them on for 3 weeks..felt so exposed lol xx
I took mine off at 10 days but i was told to. My left scar is still a bit bumpy hun but i was told it will settle down more over next few weeks im 7 weeks post op tomorrow x
Faye that’s what I said to hubby! Well I’ve spent the day in the beer garden drinking n had no issues with them so I suppose I’ll wait and see? Thanks ladies! xx
