Steri strips??

Hiiii girls
So I’m post op now day 8!
I had my nurse appointment yesterday she said my wounds where healing very well and placed two steri strips on the incisions and told me to remove them in two days.

Has anyone got any tips for removal I do not want and bleeding or opening of the wound.

Any advice?

I am so happy with my girls!!! They look fab! ????

When I took my steri strips off there wasn’t any pulling or pain or anything at all, just do it slowly and you’ll be ok, I was nervous to take them off too!

Just make sure your hands are clean babes xx

I have taken them off , it was fine and no pain thank god :))))
It’s more in the mind!
