Sticky plaster marks?

Hi girls,
7 days post op today and just enjoyed my first shower since my BA 🙂
Just wondering if anyone had any tips for getting the plaster marks off from where they’ve been covering my scars?
I didn’t dare do too much scrubbing around that area in the shower as I don’t wanna touch my scars too much or get anything near them that shouldn’t be!
