Still haven't been told adm time!!! Helppp

My Op is Tomorrow and I still haven’t been told an admission time, it’s really starting to piss me off now it all feels so unorganised! And everytime I try ring I get put throught to answer phone. How long before the Op do you usually get givin a time?? Stressinggg! X

Usually 48 hours the clinic don’t open till 10-11am so wait till 11 and give them a ring otherwise ring the hospital you are going to as they will tell you x

Hey hun, I had mine about 4 days before.. Its pretty pants you haven’t had it yet.. I tell ya, MYA seriously seem to be slipping in their standards, seems theres more pissed woman on here than happy lately.. NOT GOOD!!! Hope you get it sorted today.. good luck for tomo.xxxx

Thanks ladies, I know JO I only had my consultation on Monday due to Mya being unorganised and now I’m having my Op tomorrow 3 days apart! I hope it’s more organised on the day?xxx

Mine is tomorrow with Dr Mounir too! I got told by email and they called yesterday afternoon. I’m in at 8am eek! Xx

Awhh don’t worry! If you say you don’t like needles I read somewhere that they can use a numbing cream? The needle will be out as soon as you know it! Both at 8, ooh! I wonder who will be first! I’m such a breakfast fiend, it’s going to be horrible not eating! I hope we’re not waiting too long ;( xxx

I’m having either 400cc or 430 if he can fit them in, hope he can! I’m also having it under the muscle I think, I don know whether to go over so there bigger haha! God the nerves are kicking in now I wan to die!?xx

@shan hiya Hun! Just saw that your petrified of needles! I was exactly the same I asked for numbing cream and they did it not a problem and then when I went into the anaesthetic room I started crying hysterically and wouldn’t let them have my hand I was so scared! They were so so lovely and calmed me down, took my hand and put it in without me realising! I was shocked when he said it was done and told him to stop lying ? it’s a massive massive things for me to have a needle so honestly it was nothing to worry about at all, I never felt a thing! They are so natural and professional that it was one of the easiest bits ? hope this helps! It’s such a good day in the end so try and enjoy it ☺️ Good luck! Xxxx.

@shan it takes a second! It’s literally over before you even know it’s done 🙂 just tell them your scared and that will make it so easy for you! Please don’t get worrying it’s honestly absolutely fine Hun! Also the needle is tiny xxxx

Hi girls good luck today! I was at Preston last thursday and I asked for gas to put me to sleep and it was so good! They still put the cannula in afterwards but you’re asleep then so you won’t feel a thing. Just thought I would let you know so you can ask for it too. Xx
