still numb/ hyper sensitive 15 months after op?

Hi ladies. As it says in the title my leftie is still numb from the nipple down. The area above including the nipple is extremely sensitive. .. so much it hurts even with the slightest touch! Still cant wear a loose top braless 🙁 anyone experience the same?
I didnt go over big and stretch my skin either I had 330 moderate and was already an empty 34d so basically just filled the skin
