Stinging incisions?

I’m 1 wk post op today. My incisions are stinging lots (mainly my left one). I was a bit naughty yesterday and listed the kids a couple if times (to rectify their naughty behaviour!! Silly I know). I’m seeing the nurse tomoro to have my stitches checked for the first time at my post op check. But just curious, has anyone else had stinging incisions and all been ok?? X

one of my incisions stings and im 12 days post op, n i havent lifted anything. i think its normal! like even a paper cut can sting/be sore for days xx

I am 6 days post op and mine are stinging on and off. xx

My left ones started feeling like that today and I was worried incase I’d pulled the stitch somehow but can’t see anything through plaster/strips so I’m assuming its normal!?!x

Thanks girls. I pulled my dressings back and my scar strips are both covered in dried old dark blood. I’m guessing that’s normal from the surgery??

I’m 6 days PO and mine are stinging and itching like mad today 🙁
