Stitches

I know this is a really strange thing to ask and I think I’m probably panicking but can stitches come undone?
My left boob where the incision is is really hurting?
Maybe it’s me just worrying too much!

Im having exactly the same problem, I said to my bf that either the stitches have come undone or the padding under the strapping has moved and the strapping is stuck directly on them as every time I move it really hurts and it doesn’t hurt at all on the right side – the strapping is coming off tomorrow and im excited and nervous now incase something has gone wrong!

My strappings coming off tomorrow too :(! Where you going to get it off?
So scared ha 🙁 x

I have this feeling too but not having strapping off till Monday :(. Really painful in my right boob. :((( xxx

Emily, Im at Fenchurch Street tomorrow and it cant come soon enough, do you still take painkillers? If so which ones? X

You can get small holes in your incisions. I had one on my left and it really stung every time I moved and felt like the strapping was pulling on it and making it worse. I knew something wasn’t right because my right one felt completely fine but my left one was almost unbearable and I was too scared to move! It was the end of the incision on the inside of my boob. I just loosened the strapping in that area and felt so much relief. When the nurse took the strapping off she said she could see a small hole but it had started healing itself. Good luck getting your strapping off! xx
