Stitches at 7 day post op appointment

Hi girls
For all those post op what happens at first post op appointment?? More importantly i dno if i hav dissolvable stitches or not as this was not discussed with me so do ny ov u no the answer to this and if they r removed by nurse at this appointment If we do have non dissolvable ones? Im 4 days post op X

hi chanel, i had dr traynor and i had dissolvable stitches,, if there are any left that havn’t dissolved then the nurse will take them out. im the biggest shit bag at anythin like this, and it was completely painless. i had a few that needed to be taken out. she will clean you up and check your incisions and let you know you can have a shower more than likely 🙂 xx

O god yea i would dread this if i new for sure so kibda glad i dont no but i get quezzy over pretty much anythin like that im the last persob u think wud av surgery bcoz the thought ov what thry do i cant bear lol x

Chanel you had mr schiavone didn’t you? The nurse told me their dissolvable but let leave a but they will just trim the ends at your 7days post op xxx
