Stomach cramps – 2 days post op?

Hey girls
So I’m now 2 days post op and I am getting the most sever stomach cramps under my lungs, they’re making me feel like I’m going be sick and have been having them since last night, they’re stopping me eating.
Did anyone else get this or might know what it can be? I’ve stopped taking my pain killers because I thought it might be them and the pain from my stomach is worse than my boobs!

I found the pain killers made me feel so ill, sleepy and sick i was taking them 2 4 times a day so stopped taking them. For me they were only hiding what I was gonna feel eventually lol, and now after my second op yesterday I’m touching no tablets at all, the anaesthetic makes me feel sick enough xxx
