Stop feeling implant

Hi girls! I’m 3&1/2 weeks post OP with 300cc unders. I’m wondering when you all stopped really feeling your implant? Every time I move i can just feel tightness on the implant like it’s just sitting on my chest. When did it feel like a natural movement and just part of your body?
