Strange sensation in boob 6 years post op

Hi ladies, I’m almost 6 years post op. And this last week my left boob has started feeling strange. Discomfort if I push the boob up. Strange feeling if I touch the boob in a certain place, when I bend over this boob feels like it moves more than normal, I would also the shape has changed slightly looks more fuller and perhaps slightly lower than the other one buts its completely soft, any ideas what could be going on,? And advice greatly appreciated x
