Strapless bra recommendations

Hi ladies,
I’m 5mpo and measuring a 30f/32e. Trying to find a strapless bra that doesn’t crush my rib cage seems impossible! I have soft ligaments in my chest so actually get pain if it’s too tight. Can anyone recommend one that’s comfy but keeps you supported? Help!

I’m the exact same size as you after having 365cc I can’t find a strapless bra anywhere !! Or they are as padded as a cushion lol !! Nightmare xxxx
