Hey Rox, ikr! Hope you don’t mind me asking but I’m getting myself a bit worked up..with your strapping were you told to wear a sports bra? The nurses at hospital told me not to, yet the nurse at my personal clinic have told me to so really confused x
HI Rox, they dampen it first and then pull off slowly and cut the bit don the middle if they can to make it as easy and painless as possible. It didn’t hurt me and actually felt like a relief! It felt like it was itching a scratch I had all week lol hope that helps x
Mine they just wripped it off like a plaster it was just uncomfortable but it felt good after however I did feel really faint for the rest of that day and every time I saw them for a couple of days afterwoods.
