Strapping advice

Hi girls, anyone who’s had their BA already I’ve just had mine done this afternoon! I was wondering did you all wear that strap for across the top of your boobs because I nearly fainted with pain when they put mine on but I am worried that they won’t drop as much as id like them as they sit really high!
