Strapping and bra?

Did you wear your sports bra over your strapping? Is it neccesary/beneficial? The nurse I asked didnt seem too sure whether it was necessary but said to wear it, though the paperwork says not needed if strapped up until strapping removed?

I didn’t, the nurse said I didn’t need it because the strapping is tight enough xx

The strapping offers the right support with out putting pressure on your incisions so there’s no need for additional bra.
