Strapping coming off today!

So today is the day I get to see my new boobies!
I can’t wait, it’s been a love hate with this strapping. Still got the muscle spasms & cramps and slight stinging around my stitches. Just on paracetamol now and iberprofen. The worst thing I am finding is my back pain at the moment. Does anyone have any tips for comfort when sleeping?

I struggled with my back for about a week. I got Deep Heat patches from asda. £3 for a pack of 2 large ones but they can be cut in half so if like me you have a small back you can put half on top and half on bottom. They heat right up and last for ages. I been putting them on before I want to go to sleep and it eases my back pain to almost nothing. good luck today xxx

I’ve had my strapping off today but right boobie is swollen still , need to ice it over the weekend and pray it settles down! X

Amazing tip! Thank you will try that out tonight. I can’t believe home much more free I feel after having the strapping off. Cramping has stopped and I’m much happier. Just need to sort out my sports bras the nurse said I’d bought the wrong ones so any tips on good sports bras would be appreciated as Asda have sold out of the ones I need! Clearly everyone is having boob jobs haha. Xxxx

Try m&s or missguided babe. They have good front fastening sports bras in lots of different sizes. xxx
