Strapping cutting of circulation

I just got home and the band is really hurting under my armpits. My fingers are cold and white where the circulation is being cut off.. should I loosen itabit ? I’m so worried , had ba today and very drugged up still x

Ring the emergency nurse Hun and explain I didn’t have strapping so can’t really say what it’s suppose to be like but doesn’t sound like it should be thst tight it’s cutting your circulation xxx

Yes you can pull it away from your arm pits! I did this and put cotton wool pads there when it was really sore. Definitely ring the nurse though because some people had theirs put on too tight xx

@ronnie oooo i have an idea mibd sound stupid but sanertrytowels are quiete soft maybe fold it over the part of tge strapping so it doesnt rub so much lol
