Strapping help!!!!

Do I have to wear a sports bra ontop of my strapping or just a bra once my strapping is off? As I’m finding it really uncomfortable :/ cxx

well the nurse put mine on over strapping before I got discharged from hospital and I was in so much pain in the first few days so took it off on day 3 when I realised that no one else had the sports bra over the strapping as the strapping is the support for the first week!

Thanks babe!!! I just feel like I can’t breath with my bra ontop of the strapping!! I had mine done Wednesday so would u say not to wear bra ontop till I have strapping off? Xx

Take it off hun! The strappings our support for first week so we only need to start wearing sports bra when strapping comes off! I literally couldn’t breathe with the bra over strapping and then realised that no one else had it on over and funnily enough I felt much better once I took it off!

It’s ok better than I thought it would be just really itchy like and feel bruised also a pain in the arse trying to sleep at night!! Lmao x

Does it hurt when they take it off? Like trying 2 rip a huge plaster off? :S
