Strapping is off…… Bliss!

Just had my strapping removed (absolutely killed) think its been the worst part by far pain wise Jesus 🙂 but I am so happy! Everything looking good incisions are so neat and boobs are amazing! Will get some pics up soon! Happy girl 🙂 xx

Sorry ladies my notifications have not been coming through! Good luck today Leanne hun ha ha your going to need it! Make sure you take some pain killers before! Not going to lie but it was the worst part by far it made me feel sick and I was really shaky after! My pain tolerance is pretty high 2! On a more positive note I absolutey love my boobs! Showed them to my friends today and they couldn’t believe how they looked after just one week! Leanne let me know how you get on xxxx

You may be different hun but the tape stuck to my skin badly and took a lot of tugging to remove! I was scared she was going to rip my stitches so starting panicking which didn’t help! Just uploaded a new ‘strapping free’ pic! Ah thanks Kate! I’m really pleased xx

Becky…. It was a v painful experience however cos you told me it was painful I set myself up expecting it to be which helped… I’m freeeeeee 🙂
Whoop… They look great, going to take me weeks to get rid of all sticky stuff 🙁
Plus it’s cut into my skin do got some nasty marks on skin but they’ll heal!
Boobs are looking good so I’m chuffed 🙂 xx

Hey becky can I add you please having my strapping removed 2mo I will def be taking your advice with painkillers scared my nipples are gonna come off with the tape also have tape burn in places had to remove some earlier xx

Hi Kim! No probs hun have just accepted you! My armpits are still burning from where the strapping was so yes be prepared! I wish I would have taken co-codimal before I went in! Good luck! Leanne how did you get on babe? Xx

Ha ha I wish I had a soak was too scared to stay in for more than 5 mins in case the steri strips lifted roll on Friday when I can shower! Have your scars healed nicely Leanne? I’m just starting to get a bit of sensation back in them now! Such a strange feeling! I spent 30 mins this morning trying to pick off the sticky bits! Bio oil has really helped lift it so try that hun xx

I was wondering if you soaked cos nurse told me in an out hun… Had my first shower This morning was told i could as she said I’d healed well… Scars are still very raised and haven’t had a proper look
As she put steri strips on and I daren’t peel them off to peek, lol. Will try bio oil as I’m full of sticky stuff that’s turned black… Lol.

No feeling in lower half… Agreed very strange feeling like when u sleep on your arm and it goes numb lol xx glad your doing well Hun xx

Ha ha the black sticky stuff! I’ve just got the remainder off my back! First night in my Macom bra tonight (although my surgeon hates them) its so damn comfy and its not making my skin sore under my armpits! I’ve never known sensitive skin like it! Feels like I’ve got prickly heat under my arms! Ahh you lucky cow you’ve had a shower! Did you manage to wash your own hair? Glad you have healed well hun! Onwards and upwards

Yeah dr k hates them… Iv got the m & s zip up front ones… Dead comfy and easy to put on… Yeah washed hair… I’m cleaaaan, haha!

Yes shower was bliss but very painful ESP if you have a power shower… Feels like a million needles! Lol

Strange isn’t it how some recommend them and others don’t! I’ve got the M&S ones 2 but they really rub under my arms and my skin is so sensitive as it is right now! Oh ok maybe I’m not looking forward to a shower so much ha ha xxx

Yeah I see what you mean under arms they are quite tight, but mine loosened up after couple days! But if maacom ones r as comfy as ur saying I might get one 🙂
Yeah shower was painful but I guess it will get more bearable over time… 🙂 xx
