So today I went in to have my strapping off.
I wasnt looking forward to it as much as most people as I knew that taking it off wasn’t going to be pain free 🙁
My nurse was charlotte and she was lovely she said don’t worry il be as gentle as I can which she was she was great. It hurt at the start and at the end of removing the tape. The release of my squished cleavage was a nice feeling. Unfortunately I had a blister that had formed under and to the side of my left breast and that was very sore.
I’d say that having the dressings off my incisions stung quite abit but once they were off it felt great. She then cleaned them and redressed them for me so I could have a look.
So now I have sticky boobs and some of my back as the strapping leaves it behind. But I’m happy with my boobs :)))))
I feel weird not being so heavily supported but fingers crossed il get used to it
