Strapping off today!!! ????

Finally had my strapping off today!!! Really pleased with my results can’t wait for them to heal now!! ???? Xxxxx

Hi Emily! Did you wear your sports bra over the strapping for the whole week or did you take off the sports bra and just wear the strapping? Im wearing my sports bra over the strapping but im finding it SO uncomfortable. Keep taking breaks to take unzip my sports bra then zip it up again. I feel to just stop wearing my sports bra until the strapping comes off 🙁 xoxox

Hey Hun sorry for late reply I wore my sports bra but like you I was so uncomfortable so I took it off at night and just had the strapping! How are you finding it? It’s so restricting isn’t it!! ???? Xxxx
