Strapping off today roll on 5pm!

So I get my strapping off later today, can bait but starting to get nervous…….again! Lol I suppose I’m just worrying about seeing them properly for the first time, also praying that they are healing as they should be etc. did everyone feel better once the strapping was off?? Xx

@nikkistephenson1985 hi, do you have overs or under. I should have on Monday but it’s bank holiday so move me for Wednesday 🙁 yesterday spoke with nurse asking if I can have strapping off today but she told me is to early 🙁 so till Wednesday have to be tight 🙁 and not see my boobies Hihi

@xxxsaralouxxx hi, oh I want to go as well 🙂 I feel ok uncomfortable and very tight, feel like my muscle stretching but I was flat and no skin just muscles. Just I really really want to see them Hihi. I’m more positive today then 2 days ago 🙂

Misia I had unders, I’ve not had any pain killers today yet, just keep getting a sharp burning stinging pain in my right breast but it m just telling myself it’s normal n part of the healing process? I will check with the nurse later x

Nikki, forgot to ask you, is it MYA London Fitzroy that you are going to ? Or another MYA clinic ? I’m also 5 foot 2, but not as slim as you (I’m 10 stone, dress size 10). I guess my 700cc onto 34d with my 10 stone might like proportionately the same as your 300 cc onto 32a with 8 stone. What do you think ? I am hoping for 34g results when they all settle.

Hey Ani, I’m at the Leeds clinic. I haven’t been wearing anything over the strapping they just said to wear strapping n no bra over, I’ve just to take sports bra with me today. The nurse advised me to get asda sports bras. 2 for £7! So I got a few of them to see how I get on! Size wise…..I’m just happy to have anything lol, they’re fairly high n solid at the moment just can’t wait to get the strapping off! How’s your recovery been? Did u have overs? Xx

Yes I had overs (sub-fascial) rather than overs (sub-glandular). In my opinion, for the larger implants, most of the overs at MYA are sub-fasial as the simple sub-glandular might not offer the support. Certainly not ‘unders’ (sub-pectoral). My recovery has been easier than I thought. The not lifting up things is a pain, but I guess is good advice. I’m pleased so far.

Yeah mine are unders so will take bit longer recovery wise but u think I’m doing ok so far x

It’s nowhere near as bad as u thought it would be @nikkistephenson1985 its all over very quickly. Feels so different again now the strapping gone but nurse said everything ok, still a lot of swelling which is to be expected. Will post pics in a bit xx

Yeah much better @nikkistephenson1985 but feel like I need to be extra careful now they’ve been let loose lol I’m wearing my post op bra from Asda but have ordered a Macom as I was worried this one wouldn’t give me enough support and the today agreed with me. Am I ok to add you? And good luck for later xx

I’ve got asda ones too as that’s what the nurse told me to get, I’ll see how I get on but might order a macom! Yes feel free to add me no problem. X
