Has anyone taken their strapping off themselves before first check up?
My check up is tomorrow but my sides feel really badly bruised and sore and literally feels like my skin is going to rip open… I tried to pull a bit of the strapping off this morning and it was extremely painful… I would just rather take it off myself in my own time that the nurse who obviously doesn’t have as much time and is likely to just pull it? Xxx
