Strapping question

I may sound stupid as it’s still early days (3 days PO) but am I able to sleep without sports bra on? This strapping is driving me crazy as it is and I’m finding it really hard to breathe with the tight compression of the strapping aswell as the extra support of a sports bra 🙁 I take my bra off every now and then for comfort but wondering if I can leave it off for longer than an hour or so?

I haven’t wore my sports bra hun I’ve only wore it if I’ve had to go out I think you will be fine if your just round the house it’s just when it comes off you have to start wearing it I can’t wait for this to come off its driving me crazy xxxx

Yeah I have been lol I don’t think I could handle it it’s sooo tight!!! Oh god its itching like mad it’s really frustrating I feel fine now just a bit bruised still and bloody itchy haha! How are you feeling? Xxxxx

I’m the same, my incisions are itching but I don’t know whether that’s a good or bad thing!? And my ribs are still tender too xxxxxx

Yeah itchings good means your healing can’t imagine how it’s going to feel taking it off I hope it doesn’t hurt!! Xxxxx
