Hi Sophie, depends how big you are going under or over the muscle and everyone is different. To be honest I had stretch marks on my boobs before surgery due to pregnancy and I no longer have stretch marks now ive had the implants. Also check with the nurse or your surgeon when is ok to use oils on your boobs, that could also help x
