Stretch marks..i think!?

Hi Girls,
Had my surgery about 8-9 weeks ago now, results have been good (I had 345cc overs with Dr C) but about 3 weeks ago marks appeared on both my boobs although it’s a bit worse on the right one than the left – it’s very red and this breast is also very numb. Not sure whether to contact the nurse…don’t want to be a pain haha – if anyone has had the same please message me. I’ve been using oil and cocoa butter stretch mark cream but it hasn’t done anything.
