So I’m just over two months post op and have gained alot of horrible srretch marks. I bought a boobie dress to wear at the weekend which just goes straight accross at the top but my stretch marks even show I that. Its like I’m back at the beginning I got this done so I could wear dresses like that now om even more insecure about my boobs!!!!! :'(
awe hun i feel for you ….i had some silvery ones before i had my op (yday) from breastfeeding my youngest 4 years ago and then instantly after my op they have gone darker, but i know they will fade again, i’m sure yours will fade too and they fade that much they won’t even be noticeable!! keep your chin up xx
Oh no hun that sucks! Just lots and lots of bio oil, they will fade eventually and you can start wearing those dresses again xxx
When they fade will they not be noticeable? Do they tan in the sun? Just want to show them off plus I’m going away in afew weeks and worried they will show in my bikini! 🙁 x
for me (and a lot of girls i know) getting a proper tan makes them barely noticeable, fake tan i think makes them more noticeable but some argue it makes them less. have you got red/purple ones atm? if so, when they fade to silvery you will be able to see them but others won’t unless on close inspection, and eventually they will fade that much you won’t even notice them. i know they aren’t nice but they will get better, especially if you get a tan xx
Ok.. Yeah they are red atm! 🙁 no boobie dresses for me! So gutted there everywhere! Didn’t even go for the biggest size offered Thank god! X
They should fade in time. I wouldn’t worry about it. Just use bio all on then. Plus if you get a tan you can hardly see them. I had some due too two kids but luckily i haven’t got anymore coz my boob went to this size when pregnant and I had a lot of skin to fill. For now just put some makeup on them and soon the will fade 🙂 x
yea they will go hun, don’t worry, plus i know it hard but don’t concentrate on them like if you wanna wear a dress wear one and just do as danielle says and disguise them xx
Yeah thanks girls. Ppl have recommence dermaroller and microdermabrasion anyone tried either of these on stretchmarks? X
Microdermabrasion can thin your skin and you don’t want that on your boobs, your implants may become noticeable! Ide just use bio oil regularly, they will fade and you won’t notice them at all! Yeah I’ve found if I have a tan I can’t see any stretch marks at all xxxx
Aww 🙁 I have some Hun and if I’m goin out and feel like there on show or whatever il wear mac face and body foundation on em and it covers em well…my ops In a wk and I’m dreading gettin any more xx
I hate them! Will try that foundation Thank you hun. What size are you going x
I woke up this morning with stretch marks in my clevage
They come so suddenly don’t they! Dread looking incase there are more! X
They will fade but in the mean time does fake or spray tan help at all? Or some of the skin foundations? I know that sucks but just so u feel confident wearing Bobbie dresses until they fade…and they will fade in time!
When they fade the texture of the skin is horrible isn’t it? They are literally all around my boobs!! :'( argh x
Oh no 🙁 have you tried different creams at all?
I just found this page http://m.wikihow.com/Get-Rid-of-Stretch-Marks I haven’t heard of a lot of the things on here but it may help, probably should check with the nurse first to make sure there are no negative effects of them.
I hope they go soon so you can enjoy your new boobs xx
I have stretch marks on my boobs from having my little boy but they’ve faded lots and can’t really see them now fingers crossed I don’t get lots when I have mine done.. Xx
I feel for you Kirsty :(.
I had my first stretch marks on week 2 or 3 p.o. I couldn’t believe it! I didn’t even had any during my pregnancy when I gain 1/3 of my body weight…
I was so disappointed when I so that.
But guess what, I showed them to my sister and she could barely see them, because she was distracted by the improvement I made with the ba.
I’m sure people will notice how great you look in that dress not your stretchmarks.
