Stretch marks or rippling!

Girls I’m only 12 days post op and I feel marks on my both boobs from incisions to my nipples and one on the top of my left. I don’t know if it’s just because my breasts are still swollen and tight. Could this be just that? I’ve checked and nothing is digging in from my bras. I’m so scared its rippling or stretch marks. Anyone had the same?
