Get one of these on Ebay, so comfy.
I’ve wasted about £120 on Macom, Royce and a MYA bra. These ones from Ebay are soft and offer good support/ compression and mine arrived next day. I felt just like you you before. A bra that fits properly is essential post op. Makes such a difference. The M is good for up to a 34D and the L for a 34/36 D DD E F. I had to wear L in the beginning and gave just gone to M. I was a 32/34 AA pre op and I think about a 36E after then now I’m looking like a 34d.
Have you got a strap on too? Maybe try loosen it a little bit?
