This Shock Absorber running bra has been proven to reduce breast bounce by up to 78%. Top Tip…..Fasten the top clip before you put the Run bra on and then pull it on over your head. The bottom hook and eye can then be fastened once the Run bra is in place.

Hi, it may still be available in the shops if not online, but if you go on the m and s outlet website they have it in a different colour and in the sale!! i’m sure it’s the same one but i don’t actually have it, its blue/purple colour x
I got a few in different sizes from asda for £4 as I wasn’t sure what size I needed. They have black and white, are pretty sturdy and go up to a 38g I think (my cousin bought it). They do have a clip at the back but I managed mine no problem this morning by myself and im only one day post op. arms in, boobs in fasten up 🙂 Its really supportive and the straps are nice and thick too. They will do me until I know my actual size and then I’ll invest in shock absorber xxx
@philippa just before you said this the other night, i’d find it on the m&s outlet shop like you said but only in the purple/blue colour. good price though £14! just need to get another one now, preferably one that doesnt go over head. That one you mentioned @misfion sounds like a good one and easy to do, i’ll have to have a look in asda, or is it on their website?
@ayesha is that a bra for just after surgery or a little bit later on? xx
