STUCK BETWEEN 225 250 or 275cc

Please help!

I have been offered 225,250,275cc Moderate Plus – I have been advised 225cc will be my happy point. Although I am worried they’ll be too small. I am thinking more 250cc – does anybody have before & after photos? I am currently a 32A looking to be a full C. Thank you xx

Hi @lizzylou I’ve attached a picture of mine, I was a 32AA before and had 275CC unders (I was offered 250, 275 & 300). Im only ten days post op so still got a long way to go but hopefully this will give you some idea. I asked for a full C/small D and wanted as natural as possible 🙂 xx

I am so happy with them, I literally had nothing before 🙂 im just a little impatient and can’t wait to see what they will look like once they’ve dropped and fluffed properly! In the build up to my op I was going to get 300cc but I think I had gotten caught up in the moment and decided on the 275cc in the end as I really wanted natural and I’m so happy with my choice.
In the 2 weeks before I kept thinking omg what am I doing, it’s probably only just starting to sink in now that I’ve actually done it but honestly it’s the best thing I ever did. Let me know if you have any questions etc, all I can say about sizing is defo decide based on what your surgeon has recommended and what your own gut feeling is xx

I was a 34a before but wore a b, I had 240cc unders and am now a 34dd – I love mine! They are so natural and don’t look fake at all. However, boob greed is a real thing and if I ever had to have mine done again I’d go slightly bigger. However, I do totally love mine and still can’t beleive they are real! Happy to share some pics if you’d like x

Thank you so much! Yes I’ve been warned that they may swell quite a bit & feel quite tight. I would be more than happy and woke up and they looked like yours. Thank you so much again for your advice – I’ve been panicking for ages that I may be going to small and most of the ones I see online are a lot bigger than what I have been offered. Xxx

Hey Cher! Yes quite a lot of people say to me “ get the bigger size “ and say about boob greed haha. Did your surgeon give you a couple of options to work with before you chose the final size? Yes if you have any photos that would be fab – I’m struggling to see people’s photos atm xxxx

I will try put a pic here sometimes it doesn’t work though lol 🙂 yes he gave me 210, 240, 275 so I went with the middle. To be honest, if I’d had gone with the bigger implant they would have looked more noticeably fake and that really wasn’t the look I was going for, but you just can’t help wanting a bit more when it’s all done lol! Let me try post a pic….. x

I was offered 250, 275 or 300. I was scared 300 would be too big so decided to get 275. My surgeon said that I’d be a full B with 275 or small C. So I would go for the biggest you can if you want a bigger size! (I just wanted to be a full B)
I was 32a, 5ft4 47kg to begin with. I just had my operation on the 29th and I wore a 34C sports bra the first few days now I’m on a 32C bra and filling it nice. But still swollen so could be get smaller (depending on of this drop and fluff thing is real)

Thank you so much, that’s like me! I’m a little nervous to go for the bigger option being 275. I want them to look as natural as possible. So I am stuck between 250 & 275. I have my final appointment on Thursday before surgery (March) Do you happen to have any photos at all? xxxx

I’m happy so far just because I know that i have a long way to go. Right now they feel rock solid but not hurting as much.
I can wait to have my stitches out and maybe ask if on week 2 I can sleep lying down again.
That’s what’s really messing with me, sleeping upright!

I’m 1 week away from being 7 months P.O. I was a 28AA before hand- literally nothing other than nipple haha. I was offered 250, 275 or 300cc. In the end I had 295UHP. I would recommend going for the bigger size personally. I’m now measuring a 28E. Sounds big but if I was a 32 back I’d be a D. They don’t look fake but I know I’d have been slightly disheartened if I’d have gone smaller. Although it all depends what you want x

I’m 3 months post op and had 295cc moderate profile, I’m measuring a 28F now but they definitely don’t look it – more of a D cup. If you add me I’d be happy to send you some pics 🙂 xxx

I’m 16 weeks post op now, I got 275s under the muscle.
Was barely an a cup before, more like double AA. I’m measuring a 32DD/30E atm.
Very happy with my results 🙂

High-five to the under 300cc girls on here!
I was 32B/C and have had 275 mod plus dual plane (‘partial unders) and am wearing 32DD post op bras. I’m only 2 weeks post op but had textured implants which don’t tend to start as’ frankenboob’ and tend to sit in their pocket, do I don’t have much dropping to do, although they still need to soften.

I’ve actually never written a post on here before , I just used the forum for advice and guidance when I was researching my BA last year but I logged on tonight and felt compelled to reply to this post! I’m 6 months post op – I had 275cc mod plus unders with Dr Linda Fiumara and am measuring a 32D (from ironing board flat) so as the other girls have said, don’t underestimate small implants! I’m 5 foot 6 and weigh just under 8 stone and was offered 225, 250, 275 and 300. I decided to go for the 275 but mod plus projection and am thrilled with my results.

Wow! Thank you so much for all the replies everyone, I feel so much more confident about getting smaller implants! When I first started looking into having my breasts done I struggled finding posts 275cc and less! I have my next consultation tomorrow so hopefully would have decided on a size & go from there. Thank you xxxx
