Stuck on what size to go!

So I’ve had in my head to go for the biggest size offered which is 425cc HP overs but now I’m worried about going for the biggest due to having to go over the muscle and I’ve seen a few reviews about overs with big implants and it can be risky.
Did you girls go for the biggest size offered or? Got my pre op Tuesday and want to decide on the size I want for definite when I’m there.

I’m losing weight so my ps advised go biggest offered but UHP as less chance of rippling with UHP . The certainly don’t look too stuck on or anything most people say I look really natural X

I had 450cc unders. I was worried they’d be too big and nearly asked for 400s on the day but I didn’t in the end and I’m sooooo glad I went for the biggest! I’d definitely be disappointed if they were any smaller. I’m absolutely in love with my boobs and definitely say get the biggest! Just make sure you keep your post op bra on for 6 weeks and then maybe sleep in it and wear good supportive bras after that so you don’t have a chance of sagging xx

@jlst I’ve just seen the post you’ve just done hun, omg don’t your boobs just look amazing! Perfect for your body! I think I will stick with the biggest size offered, just hard to imagine what it’ll look like once they’re done, such a guessing game! Xx

My surgeon advised me wearing my sports bra even after the six weeks, he said for bed every night would look after them better so I’ll probably do that 🙂 xx
