Hey so i have my op in just over a month and i’m sorry if this is a stupid question but i am sure i read somewhere on one of the documents i was sent about my op that if i am or think i’m going to menstruating around the time of my op i should let them know as it could affect the date or something? is this correct… i don’t know if i misunderstood but surely this doesn’t affect having your op? sorry if this sounds stupid but it’s got me worried
Hiya hun, I’m not sure if it really matters tbh… I came off the pill 2 weeks before my op & started mine on the day of the op lol ?… Luckily after the op so it didn’t happen in the paper knickers haha. I don’t see why it would matter ? xxx
see that’s what i thought surely it wouldn’t affect it at all? i only question it because it said about it in the procedure guide e sign thing, yeah i came off my pill literally nearly a month ago now.. my ops 9th june but have no idea when i’ll be knowing my luck it’ll be the week of my op! but thanks i hope it doesn’t!
I was on not heavy tho when I turned up to the hospital for my op even when the nurse said do pregnancy test I said u need me to bleed on ur stick really ? But I was fine so dnt see it makin any diff you just have to use a pad and not a tampon xx
that must be hard if you have to wear paper knickers? haha, and oh yeah i forgot about the pregnancy test that must of been awkward to do aswell. ah okay thanks girls i am guessing it will be fine if i am then, just hope I’m not!
