Stupid questions!

I have my op on Wednesday I’m going for 450 hp overs I’m just wondering when you sleep upright do you have to stay bolt upright or just at an angle? I’m starting to worry I haven’t gone big enough or if my outfit choice is right nerves are kicking in!

450 is an amazing size implant. I think on any frame they will look full and big! I had 350 four weeks ago and they’re very big but wish I could have got a bigger implant 🙁 and I’m sure it’s at a 90% angle so yes bolt upright is important but over the upcoming weeks you can lower yourself til you get to around 45 degrees by 6 weeks. As long as your chest is elevated higher than your stomach it will be fine. But for the first 2 week I wud one hundred percent b bolt upright xxxxxx
