Stupidly forgot to take pain relief

Sat in bed sipping a drink through a straw waiting for tramadol to kick in so I can move.

Tried to move and ow it hurt my chest feels so sore and heavy this morning I couldn’t actually move so hoping when these kick in can roll out of bed easier. Nightmare!
