I’m 11dpo and feeling ok, not real pain. Just being careful with movement etc but no pain killers etc. However I just bent down to pick something off the floor and I feel like my left boob is about to fall out the incision line.
So much pain! It’s not eased off until to try and use my left arm and then it’s back and it is blinding. Any thoughts or tips? X
