Sudden sharp intake of breath :( help please

I’m 5days post op, and iv noticed that il take a sudden sharp intake of breath sometimes. I never did this before my op. just wondering if anyone else has experienced this too x

Hi, cud be that your not using all of your lungs to breath due to the pain or discomfor so your body is compensating. Try breathing using your stomach muscles and relax and it shud pass x
