Sun beds

Hi girls I’m using sun beds at the min and my op is next sat, is it ok to still use them do you know? I forgot to ask my nurse but she didn’t mention anything?? Also can u wear make up on the day of your op??

@Jade I was using sunbeds before my op and o asked the nurse about it and she said no sunbeds 2 weeks before as it can cause broken capillaries or something so I would try and avoid them xx

Ok I’ll stop using them, I’ve only had 2 and that’s been the 1st time in a year so hopefully I should be fine. Thanks girls xx
