Sun beds post op?

Hi, I am 2 weeks post op and I’ve been told from my patient coordinator that I cannot expose my incisions to sun or sunbed light for over a year, I was wondering if anyone has been on the sunbed but kept their bra on and straps down, so majority of Breast and incisions are completely coverd.

I asked when I went mine she said I can’t go on for 12 months but if I put plasters on my scars I could go on xx

How soon after your op did you go on jade? Xxx

I’m 8 weeks post op not been on yet , she said as long as my scars are covered I’ll be OK and with spray tans too xx

I’ve been going on since about 9 days PO.. Sometimes keep my bra on sometimes don’t, I’m perfectly fine xxx

Really, I might try then but just 4 minutes to see how it goes and keep the scars coverd as they haven’t completely healed yet.

My pc said 12 month they tell you but 6week minimum and our plasters over your scars, I’ll be going on sooner than that, had my op today guna give it a few week I go on holiday in 5 and half week and I refuse to be pale lol xx

It’s frustrating isn’t it Toni, I’m just gunna try but keep them coverd, I can’t really put Plasters on yet as the incisions aren’t fully scabbed yet xxx
