Sunbed????

Hey girls I’m 8 weeks post op and I’ve been on the sunbed a few times but with a bra on so its covering my incisions and my boobs but just wondered if it’s just my incisions I have to cover or my whole boob as was thinking of putting plasters over my Incisions and then going on? I can’t remember what the nurse said :/ thanks xxx

I think it is advised to cover the incisions.. not neccesarily the boob as well. However the skin is still quite new and healing so I would presume it is probably best to cover it.. but I will be going on hol at 8 weeks post op so my boobs won’t be completely covered! xxx

You need your incisions covered for a year and your can have your boobs out but have to have 30 factor on. That’s what it said on my help book from mya in my first consultation xx

I’ve been using them since 2weeks po, and was told to cover boobs and incisions for up to a year that’s what my nurse told me xxx

Thanks girls :), I’ve been wearing my bra so it covers my boobs and incisions :), I think I’ll keep it like that for now don’t want to cause any damage xx
