Sunbeds before surgery?

Hi, im just wondering if any of you girls continued to use sunbeds up untill your surgery? I know they tell you to stop using them 1 week before hand but just wondering if it has any impact if you dont? X

I had one everyday running up to it and even the day before hand Iv had no problems xx
