Super sensitive & sore nipples

Hey girlies, has anyone got any advice on how to ease the sensitivity or how long does it last? I’m 12days post op and my nipples became very sore and painful a few days ago, I have tried putting creams and I wear cotton pads in my bra to stop them from rubbing but was wondering if there’s anything else I can do? Hope it doesn’t last too long xxx
