Supplements Before and After

Hi girls

Sorry to be a bore, I’ve searched and can’t find what I need, even though I’ve seen it before…

My op is September 12th (I’m not with MYA but did have consultations with two MYA surgeons) do not far away at all now and I’m bricking it!!

I just wanted to know what supplements and vitamins you took before your op? Do you have to stop so long before hand or can you go right up until day before the operation? Did anyone use bio oil or similar as prevention for stretch marks? (I’m having a big implant and even though it’s not been warned of, it’s something that concerns me).

And what did you take following your op? How long after were you ok to start? Christ I’m nervous….. xx

Hey sweet, I’m taking iron and Vit C just because I’m a little anaemic. I only got told to stop taking vitamins that contain Vitamin E! Sorry, not much help. Xxx

P.s. I’m 12 days and freaking out!!! Xxx

My op is on Saturday ive not take anything this side of the op but ive got arnica 30 tablets to help with swelling n bruising after, ive brought some protein drinks to help with repairing of muscle, yacult yogurt drinks don’t no if these are any good but can’t hurt as someone told me to have a yogurt or something to line stomach before antibiotics to prevent sickness, and ive got some ice packs in the freezer, maybe amulti vitamin would be good but Ididn’t bother, im having 450cc partials xx

I’m thinking of just sticking with my multi vitamin, and getting some really good body butter to use for a few weeks so my skin is as supple as possible!

How long do you have to go Chloe? I feel so unprepared all of a sudden haha and it’s still ages away! xx
