Support band/strap- 9Dpo

Hi,

So the support band, which I have no idea how tight it should be… i was told is for 4 weeks? I don’t get what it’s doing? Supporting… but I have a Macom bra on which is very supportive, so do I still need it? It’s makes my
Boobs a funny shape as it squishes the top down then my boob goes outwards underneith.

I don’t know what I’m asking really, just worried they are making my boobs a funny shape ????

I had to wear the band for 4 weeks also with my uplift & implants, it helps your boobs drop into their internal pockets as you dont have the strapping on. I had so much discomfort wearing mine and my skin became so irritated I had to wear breast pads under my armpits haha I know its annoying but honestly worth wearing for the best result!good luck with your healing xxx

The band helps your unders drop. Although I had Andrea and didn’t get a band
